Located about an hour north of Detroit in Oxford Charter, Pine Lake is a quiet little retreat that is the perfect place for your new home!

Not too far out from the city, Pine Lake has Pontiac General Hospital about 30 minutes away and Ascension MyHealth Urgent Care only eight minutes away for any medical needs you might have.

The nearest commercial airport is Oakland County International about 30 minutes south.

By the Water

This lake is a smaller size, spanning about 30 acres, and has a perimeter of about a mile. A good portion of the land around the lake has not been developed yet and the lake is quiet and private. Some lake-side properties even have a private pier.

While the specific types of fish in this lake are unknown, common fish in the area include bass, perch, bream, crappie, and walleye.

Due to its size, non-speed and non-motor boats work best for this lake.

Things to Do Nearby

If you’re looking to get outside and embrace the outdoors, Seymour Lake Township Park is just a few minutes away! This park offers tennis courts, softball fields, baseball fields, soccer fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, hiking trails, and more. They also have community events throughout the year and have facilities available for rental.

The Paint Creek Country Club is also right down the road and offers a beautiful 18-hole course, fitness facility, pools, hot tub, and tennis courts, as well as dining areas.

Take a day trip and visit Detroit! Legoland Discovery Center, the Detroit Zoo, or Sea Life Aquarium. All three of these activities are fun, family-friendly, and perfect for a fun day out.
